Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kniegelenkprothese nach dem Oberbegriff des An- spruchs 1.The invention relates to a knee joint prosthesis according to the preamble of claim 1.
Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 89 01 097.3 ist eine Kniegelenkprothese mit einer tibialen Komponente bekannt, die an der proximalen Tibia befestigt ist und einer femoralen Komponente, die an dem distalen Femur befestigt ist und kondylare Lagerabschnitte aufweist, die mit kondylaren Lagerabschnitten der tibialen Komponente gelenkig zusammenwirken. Außerdem besteht diese Kniegelenkprothese aus einer patellaren Komponente, die an der Patella befestigt ist und eine patellare Lagerfläche aufweist, die einen anterioren Plattenabschnitt der femoralen Komponente bei voll ausgestrecktem prothetischen Kniegelenk berührt. Die femorale Komponente mit dem anterioren Plattenabschnitt ist ein einstückiger Gegenstand aus einem Metall oder einer Metalllegierung wie einer Kobalt-Chrom-Molybdän-Legierung, Titan oder einer Titanlegierung. Die patellare Lagerfläche ist aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt, z. B. Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch eine erfindungsgemäße Kniegelenkprothese mit einer tibialen Komponente 1 , die an der proximalen Tibia befestigt ist (nicht gezeigt). Diese tibiale Komponente 1 weist tibiale Lagerabschnitte 4 auf, die über einen Meniskus 9 mit kondylaren Lagerabschnitten 3 der femoralen Komponente 2 gelenkig zusammenwirken. Außerdem weist die femorale Komponente 2 einen anterioren Plattenabschnitt 8 auf, der in einer Ausführungsform mit einer patellaren Lagerfläche einer patellaren Komponente, die an der Patella befestigt ist, zusammenwirkt und in einer anderen Ausführungsform direkt mit der Patella, d. h. dem Knochen, zusammenwirkt bzw. als Gleitfläche für diese dient.1 schematically shows a knee joint prosthesis according to the invention with a tibial component 1 which is attached to the proximal tibia (not shown).
