Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer Vielzahl kleinstvolumiger unterschiedlicher Akkumulationsprodukte aus unterschiedlichen Ausgangsstoffen und in wechselnder Dosierung der Einzelkomponenten sowohl für die Synthese als auch für die Analyse der Mischprodukte hinsichtlich physikalischer und chemischer Eigenschaften werden die Akkumulationsprodukte an vorgegebenen Positionen eines flächenhaften Substrats programmgesteuert nach dem Tintenstrahldruckerprinzip aufgetragen. Dabei werden winzige Tröpfchen der in verschiedenen, einem Materialausgabekopf zugeordneten Stoffkammern gespeicherten fließfähigen Ausgangsstoffe auf der Grundlage eines Rechnerprogramms in bestimmter Dosierung an vorgegebenen Positionen auf das Substrat bzw. in entsprechende Vertiefungen in diesem gespritzt und gegebenenfalls mit einem Sensor, der einem Meßkopf zugeordnet ist, untersucht. Das Verfahren erlaubt mit geringem apparativem Aufwand sowie in kürzester Zeit und bei geringem Materialbedarf die Anfertigung exakt dosierter Akkumulationsprodukte zur Aufstellung von Synthese- und Analysereihen.
