Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage destiné à des systèmes endoscopiques. Ce dispositif d'éclairage comprend un dispositif endoscopique, au moins un conducteur optique permettant de guider la lumière d'au moins une source lumineuse et d'une deuxième source lumineuse séparée de la première et située à l'extrémité distale du dispositif endoscopique (16), et un dispositif de commande et de réglage (22) destiné à la commande et au réglage des intensités et/ou des longueurs d'ondes des différentes sources lumineuses. Le dispositif d'éclairage présente au moins deux sources lumineuses séparées(12a, 12b à 12n) dont la lumière a au moins deux longueurs d'ondes différentes et/ou des plages de longueurs d'ondes différentes et/ou des caractéristiques spectrales différentes et des intensités différentes ou identiques. Le dispositif de commande et de réglage (22) est conçu de telle façon qu'il permette un renforcement et/ou un réglage de contraste par modification de la répartition spectrale de la lumière. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant un éclairage endoscopique.
