Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de produire des adhésifs réactifs à deux composants, tels que par ex. des adhésifs à réticulation sous l'effet de l'humidité. Selon ce procédé, on utilise au moins un composant non réactif de l'adhésif, sous forme solide, par ex. un granulat (G), ou sous forme liquide (F) et au moins un autre composant réactif, sous forme solide, par ex. un granulat (G), ou un liquide (F). Les deux composants sont chauffés par pression et friction dans une vis sans fin dans un rapport proportionnel déterminé et sont mélangés pour former l'adhésif (K) réactif liquide qui est appliqué directement au point d'utilisation (traitement).
