Abstract
Description
- 1 - Titre: cube universel pour jeu de construction. - 1 - Title: universal cube for building game.
The present invention relates to a cube, forming a part for a construction toy.
The existing material consists of techniques with accessories and mainly fashion particularly called building brick, relatively rigid plastic, with a hollow face allowing the embedding between this face and that of another brick with reinforcements in the form pellets pressing on the walls of the one above, as well as others made up of tangled vertical pins. The cube according to the invention allows both: to have a single principle device on all of its faces, giving it a universal attachment character whatever the face that it presents in relation to any other. of an identical cube, having an easy hanging principle and allowing face to face to give a set aligned with rectilinear walls, to carry out partial hangings with staggered overlays and in all directions, and to have a certain rigidity allowing any nested part to hold and serve as a support base. The present invention therefore relates to a cube for a construction game, the structures of each of its faces allow hooking with other identical cubes. This cube, comprising attachment means similar to those of identical cubes, is characterized in that said means consist of undulating structures with ridges alternating with grooves, the ridges widening towards the outside of the cube. The distance between two crests being less than the width of a crest, the shape of the profile being elusive, the pressure effect between two cubes allows the interlocking, the undulation of the structures supports the maintenance in all directions. The materials used must be elastic. A single form of structure in fact constitutes a device for serving the same functions on all the faces of the cube, positionable in any direction, and the grip of which can be total or partial with offset overlays. - 2 - The page 2/5 represents a model seen from the front: for the faces 1,3,5. Page 3/5 for 2,4,6 sides. Figures 2 and 4 show the faces (7) and the design of the ridges (4). An A / B plane for the needs of the cutting plane shown in Figures 3 and 5.
The page 1/5, figure 1, is a cube in its final aspect, seen from a face with beginning of perspective of the structures of four other faces. The page 5/5 represents in FIG. 8, a cutaway view of a limp between a cube A and a cube B. FIG. 9: another cutaway view of interlocking, with offset positioning of a cube A relative to a cube B. On another scale: FIG. 10 corresponds face to face to the two cubes seen in section in FIG. 8, FIGS. 11 and 12 correspond to offset positions of the two cubes seen in section in FIG. 9. The page 4/5 represents in Figure 6, the evasive profile of the structures, and in Figure 7 a variant of evasive profile.
La variation d'un point haut à un point bas de l'ondulation d'un élément de la structure est représenté en (8 ).With reference to these drawings, the attachment device which constitutes each face (7) of a cube is characterized by undulating structures (1) with ridges (2) alternating with grooves (3). The ridges widen from their base (10) towards the outside (5) of the cube. The distance of a groove between two upper parts of the ridges (6) is less than the upper section (5) of a ridge. The distance of a groove between two lower parts of the crests (9) is wider than the upper section (5) of a crest. The variation from a high point to a low point of the undulation of an element of the structure is represented in (8).
This device made of elastic material shows the ability to fit by pressure between two or more cubes.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation ou variantes :The difference in the number of elements of the structures between three faces of the cube (four ridges and three grooves) compared to the other three faces (five ridges and four grooves) lies in the possibility of obtaining, by fitting a lower structure with a superior, an alignment of the walls. According to particular embodiments or variants:
- le nombre d'éléments des structures peut augmenter ou diminuer.- the number of elements of the structures can increase or decrease.
- le profil de toute structure peut être modulé, dès lors qu'il conserve son principe évasif, (H), (12).- the undulating shape of the structures can be more or less pronounced until they represent zigzags. As well as representing straight lines, from horizontal to diagonal. Continuous or discontinuous beings. - the profile of any structure can be modulated, as long as it retains its evasive principle, (H), (12).
- The cube attachment device can also constitute other three-dimensional shapes, such as being located on other objects for a construction game.
