Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et appareil de fabrication d'un dispositif de marquage (10) tridimensionnel comprenant une coque (14) sensiblement solide, réalisée dans un premier matériau, et un revêtement (15) constitué d'un film élastique aux caractéristiques sensiblement réfléchissantes ou rétro-réfléchissantes. Cette coque est composée d'une partie de fixation (13) permettant de fixer la coque à un objet et d'une partie réfléchissante supérieure (14). Le procédé comprend les opérations suivantes: assemblage d'une feuille dudit premier matériau et du film; mise en place de la feuille ainsi combinée, composée du premier matériau et du film, sur un moule (16) possédant au moins une cavité (17) dont la forme correspond sensiblement à une partie de l'appareil de marquage (10); exposition au moins de parties de cette feuille combinée à la chaleur; et introduction de parties de cette feuille combinée dans le moule (17) par application d'une force dirigée vers l'intérieur du moule (17), de telle manière que ladite feuille combinée forme une partie qui prend sensiblement la forme du moule et que le revêtement couvre uniformément la partie moulée.
