Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif utilisé pour aspirer et collecter des particules osseuses, telles que de la poudre d'os et des copeaux de perçage contenus dans un liquide de refroidissement/ou de rinçage, lors de travaux médicaux dentaires, en implantologie, et dans le domaine de la régénération osseuse, en parodontologie. Ledit dispositif est constitué essentiellement d'une canule d'aspiration (1), d'un adaptateur (7), et d'un boîtier comprenant une partie supérieure (2), une partie inférieure (4) et un tamis filtrant (3). Un orifice d'entrée (2b) conique conduit, en passant par une zone de transition (2c) à arête vive, à l'intérieur d'une cavité (2d) en forme de dôme de la partie supérieure (2). Une cavité (4b) en forme d'entonnoir, de la partie inférieure (4), est adjacente à la cavité susmentionnée. Entre les deux cavités (2d; 4b), est placé un tamis filtrant (3). La partie supérieure (2) est pourvue d'une collerette (2a) dans laquelle est logé un joint torique (5). La partie inférieure (4) est pourvue d'un dégagement présentant une paroi (4a), et d'une partie de raccordement (4c) permettant la fixation d'un tuyau flexible (6). La collerette (2a), le joint torique (5) et la paroi (4a) constituent la fermeture du boîtier dans laquelle le tamis filtrant (3) est bloqué. La partie supérieure (2) et la partie inférieure (4) sont constituées de titane pur. Les tamis filtrants (3) sont échelonnés en fonction du degré de finesse et sont soudés par leur bord. L'adaptateur (7) est pourvu de différents orifices d'entrée permettant l'utilisation de différentes canules d'aspiration (1).
