Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de test (1) destiné à être utilisé pour un test non destructif consiste à percer un orifice (6) dans un cadre (2), à produire, à partir d'une pièce métallique, un corps (7) passablement surdimensionnée mais correspondant à la forme de l'orifice (6), et à chauffer le cadre (2) et/ou en refroidir le corps (7), à la suite de quoi ledit corps (7), qui comporte au moins un vice décelable (3, 4), est inséré dans l'orifice (6) et fixé solidement et fermement au cadre (2), après homogénéisation. Un élément de test (1), fabriqué suivant ledit procédé, comprend un cadre (2) dans lequel un corps (7) est inséré. Le corps (7) est solidement fixé dans un orifice (6) du cadre (2) au moyen d'un frettage et comporte un vice décelable (3, 4).
