MODALIDAD PREFERIDA DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED MODE OF THE INVENTION
The tray with recesses and air recirculation slots for humidifier in operation, of the present invention, in the preferred embodiment is of almost rectangular configuration and is intended to keep fresh cigars and in their natural state; said tray is made of mahogany, and consists, according to Figures 1 and 2, of: a rectangular sliding table 1 having, on its upper surface, a plurality of rounded and elongated recesses 2, cigar receivers, said recesses being 2 arranged parallel to each other and also parallel to the shorter sides of the sliding board 1, and each recess 2 rounded in its deepest part a longitudinal groove 3 for recirculating moist air when said tray contains products and is inside a humidifier working; likewise, said sliding board 1 includes, in the central part of its front edge, a pull 4.
In this mode, cigars 5 that are desired to be kept fresh and in their natural state are placed in the recesses 2 rounded cigar receptors and said tray, and loaded with cigars 5, it is introduced into a furniture or humidifier 6 also of rectangular configuration and made of mahogany, represented in dotted lines, Figure 3. Said humidifier 6 is formed of a lower section 7, two side walls 8, a rear wall 9, and a folding cover 10 covering both the upper and the front part of said humidifier 6. In the inner part of both side walls 8 there are a plurality of stylized, lowered, narrow and elongated, transverse and arranged rectangular projections 11 and separated in an equidistant manner, in which the trays loaded or semi-irrigated with pure or empty slides, to be placed in said humidifier β or to be removed therefrom. In the lower section 7 of the humidifier 6, there is a motor 12, a fan 13 and a humidistat 14 with humidity and temperature control; wherein, when said humidifier 6 is in operation, the motor 12 moves the fan 13 which produces dry air that is loaded with moisture from the water contained in the humidistat 14, said humid air is transferred to the internal atmosphere of said humidifier 6; that is, the moist air is recirculated through the slots 3 in different directions, as indicated by the arrows F in Figure 4, thus causing the cigars to remain fresh and in their natural state for small or long periods of weather; in other words, this is due to the existing humidity and temperature produced by the constant and controlled recirculation of moist air around the periphery of each and every one of these cigars.
