Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces femelles pour joints homocinétiques. L'opération s'effectue par déformation d'une préforme (3) ayant une cavité ouverte sur un côté pour réaliser des gorges à billes axiales sans dégagement de gorge (6) et des glissières de cage (7). La préforme (3) est portée par un outil externe (2) et l'outil interne (1) façonne plastiquement des sections de paroi interne pour les gorges à billes (6) et les glissières de cage (7), par application d'une pression. L'outil interne (1) comprend une matrice de pressage oscillante monobloc qui comporte des segments de différentes courbures convexes et qui, avant tout, est plongée centralement à l'intérieur de la cavité de la préforme, après quoi les contours définitifs souhaités des gorges à billes et des glissières de cage (7) sont réalisés par de multiples mouvements oscillants dans un angle orbital correspondant α.
