Definitions
- the present invention does not lay under the body like a mattress for preventing pressure ulcers, but is a pressure ulcer prevention brace to be attached to a contact body.
- the present invention has been devised in order to solve such disadvantages of the prior art. In other words, despite its small size and light weight, it does not shift even when the body is moved, it can completely protect the area where pressure ulcers are likely to occur, and it can be used from people who are completely bedridden to people who can move to some extent without discomfort And the development of inexpensive pressure ulcer equipment.
- a cushion that protects a pressure ulcer-prone site such as the sacrum and the greater trochanter is not displaced, and can be fixed to the trunk and the waist as a supporter so as not to shift. Things.
- the main unit should be fixed at three points like a diaper cover so that the main unit will not slip when it is attached, and the one attached to the trunk is like a life jacket. Make sure that it can be securely fixed to the back.
- the cushion is
- the pressure ulcer prevention sabota has the above configuration.
- first select an appropriate cushion for the intended use first select an appropriate cushion for the intended use. Attach the selected cushion to the support body and attach the supporter body to the body. Then, even when pressure is applied to the skin at the pressure ulcer favorable area when sleeping, each cushion disperses the 01 force and reduces the pressure applied to the area, eventually resulting in pressure ulcer formation Difficult to read.

- a bag containing cotton, chemical fiber, or other fibrous materials (1) A bag containing cotton, chemical fiber, or other fibrous materials.
- the present invention has a structure as described above.
- first select an appropriate cushion for the intended use attach the selected cushion (2) to the supporter body (1), and then attach the sabot overnight-body (1) to the body as shown in Fig. 4.
- the cushion (2) When lying on a bed using the present invention, even if pressure is applied to the skin of the sac # part, the greater trochanteric part, and the iliac part, which are the most common sites for pressure ulcers, the cushion (2) ) Reduces that pressure by dispersing that pressure.
- the cushion (2) of the present embodiment is divided into a sacral part cushion (3) for protecting the sacrum as shown in FIG. Create a trochanter section cushion that protects the # section.
- the invention set forth in claim 3 uses a disposable diaper instead of the diaper cover of the invention set forth in claim 2 or a proof-type supporter body. This is an invention in which a pressure ulcer prevention function is added by attaching a pressure ulcer.
- IR 9 consists of a life-jacket-type supporter attached to the trunk as shown in Fig. 6—a main body (5) and a back cushion (6). It protects the skin on the back and prevents pressure ulcers without being displaced by being fixed to the trunk.
- each cushion can be mounted on the front (body side) or inside the sabota-holiday, as well as on the back of the sabo-evening-holiday.
- the material of the saboteur body and the cushion bag is not particularly limited as long as it is in the spirit of the present invention.
- the invention described in claim 2 is an invention in which a function as a pressure ulcer prevention device is added to a normal diaper cover, and the invention described in claim 3 is a disposable diaper with a pressure ulcer prevention device.
- These inventions have the functions described above, and these inventions are very useful for elderly people who use diapers. This is because most elderly people who use diapers are living on the bed and are very likely to have pressure ulcers.
