L'invention concerne un rouleau ou cylindre d'impression comportant une partie centrale en métal ou en matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale présente une couche extérieure mince d'une matière plastique adhésive, la surface de ladite couche étant gravée directement au laser. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production dudit rouleau ou cylindre d'impression.
