Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de distribution de quantités réglées de matières fluidifiables de viscosité très variable, telles que des condiments alimentaires, à partir d'un récipient (22) ou d'un sac à parois flexibles. Ledit système comprend un second récipient (12) qui maintient le récipient à parois flexibles et un piston (14) placé dans le second récipient, servant à exercer une pression sur une paroi du récipient (22) à parois flexibles. Un dispositif (18), qui a un élément perceur et un mécanisme d'étanchéité, est placé adjacent à une paroi opposée du récipient (22) à parois flexibles. Par rotation autour d'un axe rotatif généralement perpendiculaire à la paroi du premier récipient, ledit dispositif (18) forme une ouverture dans le récipient à paroi souple et ferme hermétiquement le récipient. La matière fluidifiable peut alors être poussée à travers un tube creux du dispositif et un bec de sortie associé au dispositif. Une quantité voulue de matière fluidifiable peut être distribuée à partir du récipient (22) à parois flexibles, le déplacement du piston (14) pouvant être réglé à chaque distribution de matière fluidifiable. Etant donné que le récipient (22) à parois flexibles peut être de forme irrégulière, le déplacement du piston est déterminé en fonction, entre autres paramètres, du nombre de distributions qui ont déjà été effectuées, de la viscosité de la matière distribuée et de la quantité initiale de matière contenue dans le récipient.
