Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer la procédure d'appel de postes téléphoniques par création de messages personnalisés (20) destinés à des postes téléphoniques raccordés à un central téléphonique (11). Les messages, qui sont enregistrés dans une plusieurs zones d'une mémoire (21) située dans les locaux du central téléphonique sont associés aux postes téléphoniques. Les messages peuvent être restitués soit par le haut-parleur incorporé du poste soit par l'écouteur du combiné. Lorsque le poste téléphonique est branché sans être en communication avec un autre poste téléphonique, le haut-parleur de sonnerie, lorsqu'il y en a un, ainsi que l'écouteur du combiné sont mis hors fonction, le haut-parleur incorporé du poste restant seul en fonction. Lorsqu'un poste téléphonique appelé reçoit un appel d'un poste téléphonique appelant, le haut-parleur incorporé du poste appelé restitue le message enregistré choisi et éventuellement d'autres messages. Une fois que les combinés des postes téléphoniques appelant et appelé sont décrochés, le haut-parleur incorporé du poste est mis hors fonction, l'écouteur du combiné est mis en fonction, ce qui fait que le poste téléphonique appelant entre en communication en mode normal avec le poste téléphonique appelé considéré.
