Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing biologically active peptides, wherein said method uses binary techniques for separately producing an active peptide precursor as well as a protease for processing said precursor. This invention also relates to a co-integration method of two replica using the repetitive sequence of a chromosome from bacteria of the genus Bordetella. This invention further relates to an expression system comprising a multi-copy plasmid with the target gene as well as a pT72 phasmid. The present invention finally relates to a method for producing annular forms of a T7 phage as well as to a method for preparing host cells/hyper-producers.
