Abstract

The invention concerns a safety door assembly (1) for delimiting safety rooms and sterile rooms, the door assembly having a door frame (2) and a single-leaf door (3). The door leaf (3) carries at its edge, facing the frame (2), a peripheral hose-type seal (8) of rubber of plastics which forms part of the sealing system (5), is sealingly connected to the door leaf (3) and can be inflated with a predetermined sealing force against an autogenic restoring force. The frame surface facing the door leaf (3) takes the form of a flat, non-deformable sealing counterface (7), against which the inflated hose-type seal (6) is sealingly supported when the door leaf (3) is closed and the sealing system (5) switched on. The sealing system (5) is automatically controlled and arranged such that the sealing force additionally locks the closed door leaf (3) securely against the frame (2) via frictional engagement and is unlocked in a pressure-relief time interval of a few seconds.

Claims

GEÄNDERTE ANSPRÜCHE[beim Internationalen Büro am 13. Januar 1998 (13.01.98) eingegangen; ursprünglicher Anspruch 1 geändert; alle weiteren Ansprüche unverändert (2 Seiten)]1. Sicherheitstür (1), insbesondere Steriltür (1), für eine den Zutritt zu Sicherheitsräumen und Sterilräumen ermöglichende Raumöffnung, wobei die Sicherheitstür (1) eine umlaufende Türzarge (2) und ein einflügeliges Türblatt (3) , welches mit Hilfe von Türbändern (4) an die Türzarge (2) angeschlossen ist, sowie ein ein- und ausschaltbares Dichtungssystem (5) mit Druckmittel - betatigung aufweist, und wobei die weiteren Merkmale verwirklicht sind:1.1) Das falzfreie Türblatt (3) trägt in seinem Türblattrand, der falzfreien Türzarge (2) zugewandt, eine umlaufende, dem Dichtungs- system (5) angehörende Schlauchdichtung (6) aus Gummi oder Kunststoff, die dichtend an dasTürblatt (3) angeschlossen ist und mit vorgegebener Dichtkraft gegen eine autogene Rückstellkraft aufblähbar ist,1.2) die der Schlauchdichtung (6) zugewandteZargenfläche ist als ebene, unverformbareDichtungsgegenfläche (7) ausgebildet, gegen welche sich die aufgeblähte Schlauchdichtung(6) bei geschlossenem Türblatt (3) und ein- geschaltetem Dichtungssystem (5) dichtend abstützt,1.3) das Dichtungssystem (5) ist automatisch gesteuert und weist eine Druckluftguelle (9) , ein Druckluftleitungssystem (10) mit Steuer-GEÄNDERTES BLÄH (ARTIKEL 19) Ventilen (11) und ein Druckentlastungssystem (12) mit Steuerventilen (11) auf, mit welchen Bauteilen (9, 10, 11, 12) bei eingeschaltetem Dichtungssystem (5) die Schlauchdichtung (6) aufblähbar und über welche Bauteile (9, 10,11, 12) bei ausgeschaltetem Dichtungssystem(5) die Schlauchdichtung (6) ausblasbar ist,d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß1.4) die Druckluftquelle (9), das Druckluftleitungssystem (10) und der Drucklufteinströmquerschnitt der Schlauchdichtungen (6) so eingerichtet sind, daß die Dichtkraft zusätz- lieh das geschlossene Türblatt (3) gegen dieTürzarge (2) über Reibungsschluß schnell und sicher verriegelt, und daß AMENDED CLAIMS [received at the International Bureau on 13 January 1998 (13.01.98); original claim 1 changed; all other claims unchanged (2 pages)] 1.
