Abstract

Réacteur chimique et procédé de synthèse de peroxyde d'hydrogène à partir de l'oxygène et l'hydrogène moléculaires. Le réacteur chimique comprend une membrane de diffusion de solution polymère comportant un côté entrant en contact avec l'hydrogène et un côté entrant en contact avec l'oxygène, ainsi que des chambres permettant de mettre les réactifs pertinents en contact avec la membrane. Les conditions prévues sont telles qu'un flux préféré d'hydrogène moléculaire à travers la membrane de diffusion de solution polymère est au moins cinq fois plus important que le flux d'oxygène moléculaire à travers la membrane. Ce réacteur chimique et ce procédé peuvent être utilisés pour synthétiser de manière régulée du peroxyde d'hydrogène directement à partir de l'oxygène et de l'hydrogène moléculaires hors du domaine de la déflagration, sans utiliser de solvants organiques ou d'appareils complexes pour le transport ionique et électrique.
