Abstract
Un introducteur/dilatateur chirurgical non contaminant comprend une membrane tubulaire de type ballonnet, à gonflage variable. La partie antérieure de la membrane est repliée à la circonférence, de façon à former une membrane tubulaire à double paroi. On fixe l'extrémité ouverte de la membrane tubulaire sur la tige du guide, que l'on place au-dessus de la cavité corporelle, et on fait coulisser le guide par dessus le tube introducteur, de façon à pousser la membrane au travers du guide et à l'introduire dans la cavité, tout en la retournant sur elle-même. On évite ainsi le contact entre le tube introducteur et la cavité abdominale/corporelle, ce qui empêche le transport passif de pathogènes dans la cavité. On utilise le tube du système de gonflage pour gonfler de manière variable, à la pression désirée, le ballonnet tubulaire avec de l'eau ou du gaz stérile, par l'intermédiaire d'une seringue/pompe. L'invention concerne également diverses méthodes permettant de fabriquer et d'utiliser ledit introducteur/dilatateur.
