Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte aux techniques de séparation de matières granulaires en fonction de leur taille, et peut être utilisée en agriculture dans le criblage du blé ou des produits issus du traitement de celui-ci, dans l'industrie de la minoterie des céréales et des sous-produits de la minoterie, ainsi que dans les industries du charbon, des minerais et des matériaux de construction, entre autres. Ce séparateur de matières granulaires comprend une rangée de surfaces (1) de criblage concaves qui sont disposées en zigzag les unes au-dessous des autres, et qui se présentent sous forme de doigts (13) montés en porte-à-faux et séparés par un espace. Ces surfaces de criblage (1) possèdent chacune une section dont l'angle de concavité α et la longueur l sont fonction du pas de leur disposition h en hauteur selon la relation 0,5 < αh/l < 1,4. Le séparateur est équipé d'une rangée complémentaire de surfaces de criblage (2) où l'espace séparant les doigts (13) est inférieur à celui de la rangée principale. La surface de criblage supérieure (2) de la rangée complémentaire est disposée au-dessus d'au moins un tiers des surfaces de criblage (1) de la rangée principale, mais en dessous de l'extrémité d'au moins la première surface de criblage de ladite rangée en partant du haut.
