Description

SEAL PRESSURE APPLIANCE FOR SEAL
Technical field
This present invention relates to the field of seal, more specifically, to seal pressure appliance coupling or attaching to upper part of seal.
Background art
In general seal, the seal is required to stamp by applying pressure simply as using groove formed around the central part in case of the personal seaKcolumnar seal) and groove formed on the front side in case of the rubber stamp (hexahedral seal).
Particularly, because the width of the columnar seal is narrow, finger pressure status of index finger which is the main finger pressure part is unstable, and it is difficult to completely realize the content of the seal with light finger pressure only.
In seals equipped with spring devices disclosed conventionally, the seals are typically composed of upper and lower body or inner and outer case connected by spring. In order to return the body or case to original state after movement, separate tensile spring and lifting means must be required. Such a body or case is a cause to increase the weight of the seal. Further, the series of devices are required to manufacture as the seal with a set of inner and outer part. The seal equipped with the spring device increase the complexity and cost of the manufature undesirably than general seal, and it is inconvenient to carry. Thus, it would be desirable to provide a pressure appliance miniaturized and lightened, which is not affected by outside appearance of seal.
It would be desirable to provide an independent appliance, which helps convenient use of general seal, not equipped with an auxiliary device. Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is described in detail by referring to the attached drawings as follows.
SEAL PRESSURE APPLIANCE COUPLING FIG. 2 is a section view of the components of a seal pressure appliance of the present invention for coupling to upper part a seal.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a part of components of a seal pressure appliance of the present invention comprises a pressure plate 11 which is thin curved, a support axis 12 extended down from the center of bottom surface of the pressure plate 11, and an operation plate 13 formed of circular plate shape from lower end side of the support axis 12.

In described above, the upper spiral of the pressure spring 14 is in contact with bottom surface or coupled to the operation plate 13, and a lower pin 142 formed from the lower spiral is coupled to hole of the bottom 154 of the cylindrical pin to maintain center of the cylindrical pin 15. The projection 152 of the cylindrical pin is formed with two to four upward hooks or convex projections. The stopper step 16 to stop the operation plate 13 from protruding upward, which is formed as concave or convex depending on curve shape of the pressure plate 11. With reference to FIGS. 2 and 4, the operation plate 13 makes the pressure spring 14 operated at upper inside of the cylindrical pin 15. The dotted line in FIG. 4 indicates the operation plate 13.
Additionally, as the pressure spring 14 supports the operation plate 13 of lower part of the support axis 12 elastically, a constant distance which is from 0 2cm to 0 7cm is maintained between the pressure plate 11 and the stopper step 16 when user does not stamp a seal.
With reference to FIG. 4, as general columnar seal has relatively small height and diameter, it is suitable for the cylindrical pin 15 to have from short 0 5cm to long 3 0cm height and from narrow 0 3cm to wide 1 0cm outer diameter.
With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, the projection 152 is formed at outside surface of the cylindrical pin 15 to couple the cylindrical pin 15 rigidly to inside of the seal body 18, and a reinforcing band 19 is for helping couple the seal pressure appliance rigidly to the seal body 18.
With reference to FIGS. 3, 6 and 7, the seal pressure appliance is coupled almost regardless of outside shape of the seal body 18 only by changing plane shape of the pressure plate 11.
When user couples the seal pressure appliance to general seal arbitrarily, select only plane shape of the pressure plate 11 to couple it. The pressure effect is much increased with a seal coupled with the seal pressure appliance, even though it is seal with smooth surface.
HEXAHEDRAL SEAL FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the components of an embodiment of a hexahedral seal coupled with a seal pressure appliance in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the seal pressure appliance comprises a pressure plate 11 which is a thin curve plate having quadrangle plane, a support axis 12 extended down from the center of bottom surface of the pressure plate 11, an operation plate 13 which is formed of circular plate shape from lower end side of the support axis 12, a pressure spring 14 with one side being in contact with the operation plate 13 and with other side formed by a lower pin 142, a cylindrical pin 15 which has a bottom 154 coupled to the lower pin 142 and contains the operation plate 13 and the pressure spring 14, a projection 152 of cylindrical pin formed with two to four projections in outside surface of the cylindrical pin 15, and a stopper step 16 which is formed by bending the upper side of the cylindrical pin 15, and has circular space in the central part. The following s are components of a seal body 18.
The seal body 18 comprises a curve part 182 formed in upper part of the seal body 18 so that the pressure plate 11 be engaged with bottom surface of the pressure plate 11 at final step of pressure, a center groove 182 which is formed in the center of the curve part 182 to couple the cylindrical pin 15, and a reinforcing band 19 attached around upper part of the seal body 18.
In illustrated in FIG. 1, the pressure plate 11 is positioned inside of side of hexahedral seal, and upper surface of the pressure plate 11 is concave for convenient finger pressure. In order to attach the reinforcing band 19, a rim groove 184 is formed around upper part of the seal body 18.
When the pressure plate 11 is pressed, the pressure spring 14 delivers pressure and applies elastic reaction to the seal body 18, so that stamping surface of seal reacts to stamping columns of paper even with light finger pressure.
As the pressure plate 11 is easily returned after pressure, a constant distance is elasticaUy maintained between the pressure plate 11 and the stopper step 16 or the pressure plate 11 and the curve part 182.
As the support axis 12 is movable left and right in the residual space of the stopper step 16, it is possible to press the pressure plate 11 while rotating it, so that pressure status by hand and finger is more natural.
