Abstract
L'invention concerne un outil formage servant à mouler des matériaux plastiques, s'utilisant notamment dans des machines automatiques de moulage par injection pour polymères synthétiques ou non synthétiques. Cet outil comporte au moins une paroi de séparation (9) perméable aux gaz qui sépare une chambre d'expansion (3) servant à vaporiser des gaz liquéfiés pour refroidir l'outil de formage, d'une chambre de moulage (10). Cette paroi de séparation (9) présente une surface de vaporisation (11) qui fait face à la chambre d'expansion (3) et une surface de refroidissement (12) qui fait face à la chambre de moulage. Afin d'obtenir un champ uniforme des températures sur la surface de refroidissement (12) et de réguler le flux du gaz de refroidissement dans l'outil de formage, il est prévu que la paroi de séparation (9) comporte un dispositif d'évacuation des gaz (2) avec au moins un orifice d'entrée de gaz (15) à travers lequel le gaz vaporisé dans la chambre d'expansion (3) et pénétrant à travers le matériau poreux peut être évacué. La distance X par rapport à chaque point de la surface de vaporisation (11) et de l'orifice d'entrée des gaz (15) est inférieure à l'épaisseur Y de la paroi de séparation (9) et la distance X entre chaque point de la surface de vaporisation (11) et l'orifice d'entrée des gaz (15) est supérieure à la distance Z entre le point de l'orifice d'entrée des gaz (15), le plus proche de la surface de refroidissement (12) et ladite surface de refroidissement (12).
