Abstract
L'invention porte sur un ensemble siège-couvercle pour cuvette de WC comportant un siège (1) monté pivotant sur un support (3) et un amortisseur amortissant le mouvement du siège (1) lorsqu'il passe de la position levée à la position abaissée. L'amortisseur se compose d'un boîtier (23) comportant un compartiment rempli d'un fluide, et une cloison pivotante (25) divisant le compartiment en deux chambres et pouvant se déplacer dans deux directions opposées, depuis une position neutre jusqu'à une position terminale et inversement. Le compartiment (39) comporte deux orifices (65, 66) reliant les deux chambres (67, 68) quelle que soit la position de la cloison (25). Un clapet (69) posé dans les orifices (65, 66) empêche pratiquement l'écoulement du fluide d'une première chambre vers la seconde lorsque la cloison (25) se déplace vers l'une des positions terminales dans de la première chambre (67), mais le permettant lors que la cloison revient à sa position neutre.
