Indeed, the differences in residual moisture of the paper generate different powers of reflection. In the example shown, these humidity detectors are positioned before each heating ramp. Another possible solution is to provide a single humidity detector disposed at the end of the production line 10, for example, before the impregnation devices 43 and 44, this detector acting upstream.
- This line makes it possible to produce strips of high quality multilayer cardboard, at particularly competitive prices. Therefore, the product can be used to produce quality packaging, very efficient, capable of replacing products made with other materials such as wood, polystyrene or other synthetic materials.

- a fourth strip of paper 42 is unwound from a fourth unwinder 41, it is preheated in a sixth preheating device 75 then it is applied and it is pressed against the underside of the first three strips laminated and glued between two pressure rollers 34 and 35, and the drying of the adhesive is accelerated between two heating ramps 36 and 37,
- the compact multilayer cardboard sheet 50 obtained is shaped by laminating the four sheets of paper 12, 22, 32 and 42 around two successive shaping rollers 40a and 40b,
- the heating ramps 16, 17, 24, 25, 34 and 35 are regulated as a function of the residual humidity of the strips laminated by humidity detectors 80, 81 and 82 placed before each pair of ramps. heating, so as to standardize this residual humidity as much as possible.
