Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour déterminer la concentration d'un analyte, d'un mélange d'analytes ou d'une matière biochimique équivalent à un analyte (titrant) contenant l'échantillon, à l'aide d'au moins un réactif sélectif (titrateur). La mesure d'intensité proportionnelle à la concentration connue selon l'état de la technique, est remplacée selon l'invention par la détermination d'une quantité équivalente absolue miniaturisable et de lecture beaucoup plus précise. En effet, la détermination de la quantité de titrateur équivalente à la concentration d'analyte, c'est-à-dire la détermination de l'équivalent chimique du titrateur à déterminer, est ramenée à la détermination simple et rapide d'un lieu ou d'un trajet. La réaction parmi la série de réactions ou le point sur le trajet de titration avec laquelle ou auquel on obtient l'analyte et le titrateur en quantités équivalentes sont déterminés. Il est possible d'intégrer d'autres étapes telles que des réactions d'identification d'analyte ou des séparations chromatographiques.
