Thus once the panel 3 is opened or even partially opened it is possible for the user to determine whether the bag itself has been opened or tampered with.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne un sac qui se présente sous forme d'un corps comportant une zone gueule. Un panneau (3) entre en contact avec le corps de chaque côté de la zone gueule de manière à maintenir celle-ci étirée. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de formation d'un sac, lequel fait appel à un matériau d'emballage se présentant sous forme d'une feuille allongée. Une bande de matériau est appliquée au matériau d'emballage de manière à ce qu'elle entre en contact avec le sac à proximité des bords de ce dernier, mais pas dans sa partie centrale. Le sac est formé de manière à ce que la bande de matériau appliqué définisse un panneau (3) autour d'une partie donnée tel que le bord du sac, ledit panneau (3) entrant en contact avec le corps du sac sur chacune des faces, mais pas sur le bord ni aucune autre partie dudit sac. Une partie au moins du panneau (3) se trouve à l'extérieur des parois du sac.
