Abstract

On décrit un polynucléotide qu'on a isolé et purifié et qui code la topoisomérase de type I de Candida albicans, de même que des procédés permettant de recombiner cette topoisomérase à l'aide de ces polynucléotides et de cellules hôtes transformées avec ces derniers. On décrit aussi un procédé d'identification des composés qui inhibent la croissance des cellules fongiques grâce à ce polynucléotide.
