Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant de s'entraîner afin d'avoir une technique de balancé correcte, que ce soit dans le cadre du golf, du base-ball, du tennis ou de tout autre sport similaire. Ce dispositif (10) comprend un manchon (20) à la surface interne et concave (22) duquel est fixé un élément formant coussin (26) pour le confort de l'utilisateur. Ce dispositif (10) amovible est fixé aux jambes ou aux hanches de l'utilisateur par deux bandes (28) comportant un tissu de fixation (30) de type à crochets et boucles. Le dispositif comprend un élément de support rigide et saillant (32) perpendiculaire à la surface externe (24) du manchon, dispositif auquel un poids (36) ayant une enveloppe externe (36a) souple est suspendu par une corde flexible (38). Un dispositif de tension (40) permet d'ajuster la longueur de la corde (38) afin de suspendre le poids (36) à la position choisie par l'utilisateur. Ce poids (36) peut comprendre un système d'accès (36c) permettant à l'utilisateur d'ajouter des masses (36b) au poids (36) suspendu ou d'en retirer. La position et le mouvement du poids suspendu (36) agissent par rétroaction sur l'utilisateur en fonction des positions et des mouvements divers du corps, ceci afin d'enseigner à l'utilisateur des techniques de balancé ou de mouvements corporels corrects.
