Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transponder, insbesondere für einen Schlüssel, mit einem Halbleiterchip (10), einer Spule (2) und einem Kondensator (3). Der Kondensator (3) und/oder die Spule (2) werden durch aufmetallisierte Flächen direkt auf der Oberseite und Unterseite des Chipgehäuses (1) realisiert. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein besonders kostengünstiges Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Transponders. Die Bauelemente werden unmittelbar auf einem Leadframe (4) montiert, wobei der Leadframe (4) einerseits als mechanischer Träger dient und andererseits die elektrischen Verbindungen (45-48) zwischen den Anschlüssen herstellt.
