- the present invention relates to a rotary pump comprising: a stator pierced with a bore delimited by a bottom, by a cover, and by a cylindrical side wall having a relatively large radius; a cylindrical rotor, disposed in the bore, tangent to the cylindrical side wall, and capable of being driven in rotation about an axis eccentric with respect to this bore; at least two identical pallets slidingly housed in radial housings of the rotor and integral in rotation with this rotor, each pallet having a width defined between first and second edges, the first of which bears on the side wall of the bore; and a cylinder coaxial with the cylindrical wall of the bore and having a relatively small radius, the width of each pallet being substantially equal to the difference between the relatively large and small radii.
