  • the present invention relates to disc screens, and more specifically to an axle provided with discs, a so-called disc screen rotor, and its structure, for use together with corresponding disc screen rotors in a disc screen.
  • Disc screen rotors used in present disc screens comprise an axle, on which discs are arranged side by side. The distance between the discs is set by spacers disposed between every pair of adjacent discs. The discs are held in place by screw joints, which means that a nut arranged on at least one side of the rotor is used to press the discs together when it is tightened, so that they are fixedly located.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un rotor (1) à disques de tamisage comprenant un arbre (2) et une série de disques (3) orientés radialement, fixés sur l'arbre (2), en étant concentriques par rapport à l'axe de rotation de celui-ci. L'arbre (2) présente une section cylindrique concentrique avec son axe de rotation et pourvue d'une série de rainures sur sa chemise, chacune s'étendant autour de toute sa circonférence. Au moins une rainure s'étend le long de la chemise de la section cylindrique parallèlement à l'axe de rotation de l'arbre. Les disques (3), présentant un trou à travers lequel on peut insérer la section cylindrique, sont montés sur la partie cylindrique et placés dans les rainures circonférentielles respectives de ladite section cylindrique et ils sont fixés à la section cylindrique.
