Definitions
- My invention relates to hair brush/comb and or similar products.
- the conventional hair-brush and its bristles can only comb hair in 2-dimension. Often, users have to comb hair and then dry them with a towel, then the hair will become mess again, and there are no such a way you can comb and dry the hair at the same tune. And often, the density of the bristles of some hair-brush or combs are too dense or not dense enough for some people, alter all different people have different hair styles and have different needs of hair treatments. Often, hair brushing or combing will induce head micro-skins.
- the object of the invention is to provide a hair brush that has special shaped bristles((1) refer to FIG.s) that can give the hairs more body and thickness. Also to provide absorbent coatings for the bristles, so that the bristles have the function to dry hairs during brushing. The density of the bristles can also be controlled by me user to suit different hairs and style. This invention will also take the micro-skin in the hair away. In another words, the object of the present invention is to provide a hair-brush/comb which will go at least some ways towards avoiding the above disadvantages.
- FIG.1 shows a form of a bristle(1) according to the invention.
- Bristle(1) which having round discs(2) fixed to and/or rotates (and/or able move up and down elastically) about the bristle (so that the hair will not easily be pull out)
- the bristles are designed with discs so that they can give the hairs a three-dimensional combing, gives the hairs more body and thickness, and more air between hairs, ie separating the hairs next to each other (horizontally) as well as separating hairs which are on top of each other (verticlly) into layers.
- the sizes of the discs(2) near the tip(3) of the bristles(1) are (or can be) smaller than the sizes of the discs(2) that are further away from the tip(3) of the bristles(1), so that more hairs can be pull further away from the tip(3) of the bristles(1), hence give the hair more body and thickness.
- FIG.2 shows an alternative disc(2) having teethes which having the same functions as bristles.
- FIG.3 shows the cross-section of an alternative bristle(1) having branches(4) extended from all different angles from around the main body of the bristle(1), the bristles are designed that way so that they can give the hairs a multi-dimensional combing, from all different angles, gives the hairs more body and thickness.
- the sizes of the branches(4) near the tip(3) of the bristles(1) are (or can be) smaller than the sizes of the branches(4) that are further away from the tip(3) of the bristles(1), so that more hairs can be pull further away from the tip(3) of the bristles(1), hence give the hair more body and thickness.
- the branches(4) can be fixed to hie bristles(1) and/or can be rotates (and/or able move up and down elastically) about the bristles(1) to prevent hair being pull out
- FIG.5 shows another alternative bristle that is in a zig-zag shape which can carry out a similar function as the other bristles as described above - ie give the hair a multi-dimensional combing
- FIG.6 shows another alternative bristle that is of a spring coil (disc/ring)(2) shape which has an elastic characteristic of a spring-coil that will elongate when you pull the brush too hard, so that it can be able to prevent hair being pull out if you pull the brush too hard.
- This bristle also carry out a similar function as the other bristles as described above - ie give the hair a multi-dimensional combing.
- All the bristles described above can be made of elastic and flexible materials as to prevent hair being pull out if brush too hard.
- FIG.4 shows a cross section of an assembled hair brush.
- the main body(5) of the brush made of suitable material, is curved or can be bented to the contour of the head.
- the pad(7) are partly made up by magnet plate and/or charge plate that can be charged when it brush against the hair. The magnetic field or change generated can attract micro-skin (which have charges), therefore reduce micro-skin in hair. Another function of the magnet plate or charge plate is that it will charge-up the hairs with the same charges so that the hair will repel each other, therefore, the hairs don't stick to each other, ie give the hairs more air, body and thickness.
- the bristles(1) (including the discs(2), tips(3) and branches(4)) and the pad(7) are coated with absorbent material that can be use to dry wet-hairs.
- absorbent material that can be use to dry wet-hairs.
- the water from the wet-hairs only allows to go one way into the main body(5) of the brush and the water can be disposed after brush. This operation work on a principle as going to be described as follows: (refer to FIG.7)
- FIG.7 There is aframe(not shown) that holds some rolls(10) mat holds a sponge belt(11) in place.
- the dry portion of the sponge belt(11a) will pick-up or absorted the water as it go in the direction of the arrows shown.
- the wet portion of the sponge(11b) which contains the water that has just been absorted, will squeez through a narrower gap between two rolls(10a) where the water content(12) in the sponge will get squeez out and fall into a container(13) down below of it, the container(13) can be removed to dispose the water.
- the sponge(11a) will then come out dry and continue its cycle along the arrows shown to absort more water.
- wheels(14) that helps the whole thing to travel along the wet surface.
- the rolls or wheels may also be powered by a motor. This principle may also use in other application such as floor mop, etc.
- FIG.8 shows a brush that has a handle(15) that can be use as a cover for the brush head(16).
- the handle/cover(15a) may pivot to close off or covers the brush head(16a), or it(15b) may be taken off and use it to covers the brush head(16b). This also applies to brushes such as toothbrush.
