本发明概述

实施例的描述
对应图 1所示净鞋机, 其箱体内的分布如图 2所示, 图中 1为箱体, 2为 洗刷室, 洗刷室两侧有空间 3容纳装在洗刷室外壁的部件, 电动机、 时间继电 器安装在洗刷室外的空间 4内。
参见图 3 , 这是箱体去除两壁时的示意图, 在洗刷室底部倾斜放入带集污 槽 23的底板 25, 使其底部呈坡度便于聚集泥沙, 集污槽内设置抽屉 26 , 在 与集污槽相对应的壁面 (包括箱体壁) 开设孔 24供抽屉进出, 并配孔塞。 本 实施例中采用两块踏板, 每块踏板均为由若干依次相间竖立的踏片 5固定在两 根横梁 6上构成, 这两块踏板由设置在洗刷室内相对两壁的定位装置 7定位, 并利用安装在壁上的弹簧 8吊挂在洗刷室空间, 图示实施例中, 定位装置 7用 的是供踏板横梁 6端部的伸出端置入其中的 U形块,这样既可使踏板不左右摆

当净鞋机使用场合靠近自来水源有下水道时, 其水路系统可采用如图 6所 示实例, 在洗刷室壁设置自动水控装置, 它是由安装在洗刷室进水管道 36上 的阀 33、 两端绕支点转动的杆 34及牵引绳 35构成, 杆的一端与阀相连, 另 一端与连接踏板的牵引绳相连, 进水管 36伸出箱体外与自来水管相连, 箱底 有排水管与下水道相通, 当脚踩踏板, 踏板下陷时, 通过牵引绳 35、 牵引杆

本发明提供的净鞋机清洁鞋底省时、 省力、 使用方便、 清洁效果更好, 可 广泛用于家庭、 宾馆、 计箅机房、 办公室。
