Description ;
L'invention concerne un bigoudi (9) multi-peignes (1 et 8) muni de canaux (2) retenant les cheveux, ce qui le rend auto-fixant.
Depuis longtemps, on a cherché à créer des bigoudis auto-fixants. Divers systèmes ont été mis au point, mais pour la première fois, l'invention pré¬ sente un système de peignes (1 et 8) dont les dents comportent, à leur base, un canal (2) conçu de façon à retenir les cheveux, tant au début de l'enroulement (pointes du cheveu) qu'à la fin, pour la fixation.
Les systèmes de rétention des pointes (début de l'enroulement) sont conçus jusqu'ici soit à l'aide de papier pointe, soit d'élastiques, soit de brosses, soit de velcro. En ce qui concerne la fixation, elle est assurée par des élastiques, des picots ou des pinces. Aucun système ne combine à la fois la rétention des pointes et la fixation du bigoudi lui-même
Le système de canaux (2) présente, lui, l'avantage de contribuer aussi bien à la rétention des pointes qu'à la fixation finale du bigoudi.
Du fait que ces canaux de rétention (2) permettent aux cheveux de s'y glisser en douceur pendant l'enroulement, on obtient en même temps une caresse sur les écailles des cheveux, d'où un effet bénéfique et lissant, qui évite de rendre le cheveu électrique. L'invention a pour but de résoudre d'un seul coup le double problème de la fixation des pointes et de celle du bigoudi, tout en supprimant celui du che¬ veu rendu électrique par l'agression des matériaux le fixant par des méthodes brutales.
Conformément à l'invention, ce but est atteint au moyen des canaux de ré¬ tention (2) se trouvant à la base des dents des peignes ( 1 et 8) du bigoudi, canaux (2) conçus de façon à accueillir en douceur les cheveux, et à les y retenir par leur forme particulière.
L'invention, en plus de son caractère simple, pratique et efficace, présente également un avantage sur le plan économique : elle permet en effet un important gain de temps puisque son autonomie ne nécessite pas de double manutention; le bigoudi (9) est complet en lui-même, sans accessoires ni pour retenir les pointes, ni pour être fixé à la racine.
Il est constitué d'un matériau moderne et peut être obtenu par injection, ce qui devrait lui garantir un coût de fabrication raisonnable.
L'invention est décrite ci-après sous cinq formes différentes, dont trois sont illustrées au moyen d'un dessin :
1. Bigoudi, selon figure 1 , à utiliser à la main. Bigoudi multi-peignes consti¬ tué d'un corps oblong, comprenant au moins deux peignes, caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins des peignes disposés autour du corps comprend des dents (1 et 8) pyramidales ou coniques dont les sommets sont éloignés du corps et au moins une fois dans leur longueur un rétrécissement créant des canaux de rétention (2) des cheveux. 2. Bigoudi-brosse, selon figure 8, assemblé à un manche (1 1 ) au moyen d'un système (Fig 4) à encliquage Le bigoudi (9) se présente comme le modèle décrit ci-dessus, mais, en plus, il est muni d'un système (Fig. 2) lui permettant d'être encliqueté à un manche (1 1) au moyen de languettes (6) flexibles crantées, ce qui le transforme en brosse. Au moment où le bigoudi (9) est complètement enroulé et fixé, il suffit, au moyen du cran (12) , de réactiver la flexibilité des languettes (6) afin de séparer le manche (1 1) du bigoudi (9), laissant celui-ci sur la tête, le temps nécessaire à la stabilisation de la mise en forme du cheveu. Le manche (1 1 ) seul, privé de ce premier bigoudi (9), peut alors être fixé sur un nouveau bigoudi (9), puis sur un autre, afin de continuer le travail de mise en forme de toute la chevelure
3 Bigoudi-brosse, selon figure 8, utilisé uniquement comme brosse. L'invention, sous la forme décrite au point 2 peut servir de brosse permettant de faire une mise en forme conventionnelle de brushing, avec l'avantage de permettre la rétention du cheveu à n'importe quel stade de son enroulement. On peut également l'utiliser pour le brossage normal des cheveux, en bénéfi¬ ciant en même temps de l'effet lissant sur les écailles et de la suppression de l'électricité statique.
4. Bigoudi chauffé au moyen d'un corps de chauffe intégré L'invention peut également être exécutée avec corps de chauffe intégré, la fixation des pointes et des racines restant évidemment la même.
5. Bigoudi chauffé sur un corps de chauffe extérieur. L'invention peut aussi être exécutée avec possibilité de fixation sur un corps de chauffe extérieur, selon le principe traditionnel du bigoudi chauffant, tout en gardant les avan¬ tages des canaux de rétention (2) fixant à la fois les pointes et le bigoudi en lui évitant tous les autres artifices de fixation prévus sur les modèles de bigoudis chauffants existants.

Claims

Revendications :
I Bigoudi (9) multi-peignes constitué d'un corps oblong, comprenant au moins deux peignes (1 et 8) caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins des peignes disposés autour du corps comprend des dents pyramidales ou coniques (1) dont les sommets sont éloignés du corps, et au moins une fois dans leur longueur un rétrécissement (2) pour créer des canaux de rétention (2) des cheveux.
2. Bigoudi (9) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le rétrécissement constitue un trou (2) entre deux dents adjacentes dont la section est une courbe ou un polygone et dont l'axe est perpendiculaire à ceux de la dent et du corps, et est situé au pied de la dent.
3. Bigoudi (9) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il com¬ porte des moyens pour être assemblé avec un manche (3 et 4) de manière à constituer une brosse.
4 Bigoudi (9) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte aussi au moins un peigne avec des dents polygonales (8) d'épaisseur constante.
5. Bigoudi (9) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par une matière supportant la chaleur de manière à être chauffé par un corps de chauffe intégré ou sur un corps de chauffe extérieur.
6. Brosse (Fig. 8) comprenant un bigoudi (9) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le manche ( 1 1 ) s'enclique dans des mortaises ( 10) situées dans le corps du bigoudi (Q), au moyen d'un système de languettes flexibles (6) dont une au moins est conçue à cran ( 12) ou à cran d'arrêt (5), ce cran se situant à l'avant de la languette (6) que Ton peut actionner Le cran d'arrêt est libéré au moyen d'un poussoir (7)
