Abstract

L'invention concerne une liaison arbre-moyeu, notamment pour un pignon (4, 6, 8) monté sur un arbre de boîte de vitesses (2). On empêche le pignon (4, 6, 8) d'effectuer des mouvements microscopiques sur l'arbre (2), en l'emmanchant sur l'arbre, et en utilisant des éléments (18, 20, 22) pour créer une liaison de forme. Une liaison de forme en forme de broche est particulièrement avantageuse. Les logements (50, 52) destinés aux éléments de liaison en forme de broche (18, 20, 22) sont produits dans des composants prédurcis (2, 4, 6, 8) de préférence par des techniques de perçage ou d'abrasion appliquées à des matériaux durs.
