Abstract
Description
DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
« Bioépuration des fosses septiques par effet retard »"Bio-purification of septic tanks by delay effect"
The first element (Compound A) is a mixture of spores produced by 4 different Bacillus species (poiymixa, megateπum, psychrophilus and pumilus) characterized by their capacity to hydrolyze biopolymers (starch, protein, lipids and cellulose) under temperature conditions between 10 and 45 ° celsius.
The second element (Compound B) is a natural polymer of manuronic and guluronic acids approved as a food additive by the FDA (Food and Drug Admirustrauon of the USA) with the particularity of forming a three-dimensional matnec in the presence of polyvalent cations (calcium for example)
This preparation is in the form of dry granules with a relative humidity of less than 7% allowing long-term storage (> 3 years)
La concentration des préparations en spores de Bacillus est établie dans le but d'assurer un apport continuel de 100.000 spores par 24 heures et par gramme de préparationThese granules can then be incorporated into dry preparations allowing easy handling of the biological material prepared either in the form of heterogeneous powders, tablets or any other form according to commercial needs. The concentration of Bacillus spore preparations is established in order to ensure a continuous supply of 100,000 spores per 24 hours and per gram of preparation
Composé ACompound A
The following Bacillus strains (Bacillus poiymixa, Bacillus psychrophilus, Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus puminlus) are propagated in culture immersed in a growth medium comprising yeast extract, peptones, nutπent broth (Difco) and mineral salts. Sporulation is complete after 48 to 72 hours of growth, the spores are harvested by continuous centπfugation of the cultures. In a second step, the spores are suspended in a preparation allowing their drying by atomization and obtaining a powder with 10 n spores per gram.
