Abstract

Der sehr verbreitete Gebrauch von Satellitenantennen hat mich als Grafiker angeregt, zur Verschönerung der Umwelt Satellitenantennen-Aufkleber, mit von mir entworfenen Motiven anzubieten. Die Motivgestaltung soll durch Geschmacksmusterschutz abgesichert werden. Die Folien sind selbstklebend, UV- und frostbeständig. Der Empfang wird nicht beeinträchtigt. Folienaufkleber für Satellitenantennen jeglicher Grösse. Da die Satellitenantenne konkav, nach innen hohl geformt ist, liegt das Problem im besonderen Zuschnitt des Folienaufklebers. Damit man ihn faltenfrei aufkleben kann, habe ich das Rundstück gezehntelt. Vom Gesamtdurchmesser entfallen 0,51 %.

B E S C H R E I B U N G
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Folienaufkleber für Satellitenantennen, der faltenfrei auf runde, konkav geformte Flächen aufgeklebt werden kann.
A.)Zu lösende Aufgabe: Beim Aufkleben von Folien auf runde konkav geformte Flächen liegt die besondere Schwierigkeit darin, daß der Gesamtumfang von 360° zu groß ist und dadurch Falten entstehen.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der kreisförmige Folienaufkleber aus einzelnen voneinander getrennten Kreissektoren besteht.
Hierdurch wird erkennbar die Anpassung an die nicht ebene
Fläche verbessert und der vorzugsweise UV licht - und frostbeständige Folienaufkleber läßt sich faltenfrei aufkleben .
W.)Dies ist mit dem US Patent US-PS 4 547 001 ( nächstkommender Stand der Technik ) nicht möglich, da es 6 unvollständig getrennte Sektoren sind, bei denen die radialen Einschnitte nicht bis zum Mittelpunkt geführt werden.
Auch die Aufkleber der Druckschriften DE 33 10 487 A1 , DE 87 03 644 Ut und US - PS 1 484 234 sind nicht dazu geeignet eine konkav geformte Kreisfläche zu bekleben.
Es ist des weiteren vorteilhaft, wenn der Folienaufkleber aus zehn Kreissektoren besteht und dabei 0,517 des vollen Kreisumfangs entfallen.

Folienaufkleber für SatellitenantennenP A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
1.) Kreisförmiger Folienaufkleber für die konkave Seite von Satellitenantennen, der aus einzelnen, voneinander getrennten Kreissektoren besteht.
2.) Folienaufkleber nach Anspruch 1 , der aus zehn Kreissektoren besteht.
3.) Folienaufkleber nach Anspruch 2, bei dem 0,51 % des vollen Kreisumfangs entfallen.
4.) Folienaufkleber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, der selbstklebend ist und aus UV - und frostbeständigem Material besteht .
