Abstract

The ice cube making unit is characterized in that it is comprised of a box-deposit with a lid, made of a material appropriate to be used with food products, and wherein are introduced one or a plurality of sheets. Said sheets are preferably rectangular, smooth one one of their faces 'G', and having on the other face protruberances 'F', separated between each other 'C', and forming geometrical and symmetrical patterns 'H'. The protuberances closer to the limits of the sheet 'D', project from the latter by a few millimetres although they break the symmetry of the patterns by making them longer or shorter.
