Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un couvercle servant à obturer hermétiquement de façon amobible un récipient à alvéoles multiples, tel qu'une plaque de microtitration (24). Ce couvercle (34) comprend un tampon (40), fabriqué dans une feuille de polymère flexible, et plusieurs nervures élastiquement compressibles formées sur ladite feuille. Ces nervures sont déformables, de sorte que l'application d'une pression sur le couvercle entraîne la formation d'un joint étanche aux fluides entre le tampon et les ouvertures des alvéoles.
