Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un contrôleur de migration de page, qui détermine si une page de mémoire adressée par une demande d'accés en mémoire doit faire l'objet d'une migration depuis un n÷ud de traitement local jusqu'à un n÷ud de traitement demandeur. Ce contrôleur de migration de page accède à un groupement matriciel, pour obtenir un premier décompte associé à la page de mémoire adressée et au n÷ud de traitement demandeur, ainsi qu'un second décompte associé à la page de mémoire adressée et au n÷ud de traitement local. Le premier décompte est augmenté et le second décompte est ensuite soustrait du premier décompte augmenté pour produire une différence entre le second décompte et le premier décompte augmenté. Un comparateur détermine si cette différence est supérieure à une valeur seuil de migration. Si cette différence est supérieure à cette valeur seuil de migration, une interruption de migration est alors produite.
