Abstract
Folding package, especially of paper material, characterized by that the external of internal area of folding package is provided with at least one picture (1), the contour of which (2) is practically a pattern at the separation, e.g. by cutting out, of the part (3) of package bordered by the contour (2) of the picture (1), from the package, at which the separated part (3) is then the part for making-up of the object according to the model (4) illustrated in some of areas of the package or in an independent model enclosed to the package.
Description
Folding package, especially of paper material
Technical Field
The technical design concerns stable packages, especial¬ ly of paper material, for packing of druggist's products for children, such as toothpastes.
Background Art
The package is one of important means of increase of marketability of products. It importance is conti¬ nuously growing and thus it gradually becomes more and more often not only an artistic work, but also a techni¬ cal work. Because of the reason that the function of a package is to effectively protect the product by means of its utility properties against environmental influen¬ ces, as well as to intensively appeal to the consumer,it is an object of steady improvement and application of new procedures and materials, whether in the process of an artistic design of the package or in the process of designing and technological preparation of production.
Certain problem in the field of packages which was not till now sufficiently solved is an achievement of such properties of the package which would ensure the possibility that the package, following the completion of its primary function, would have the character of a product designed for an another than original purpose of utilization.
Disclosure of Invention
One of possibilities of solution of the above men¬ tioned problem is offered by a folding package, which is the subject of protection, and its substance consist of the idea, that either its external or internal surface contains at least one picture, the contour of which is in fact a pattern at the separation - for instance by
cutting out - of the part of package demarcated by the contour of the picture out of the package. The separated piece is then a part for making up of an object accor¬ ding to the model rendered on one of surfaces of the package or according to an independent design enclosed to the package.
The importance of this solution will be manifested in two levels. In first place it is a more effective uti¬ lization of the package, as following the completion of primary functions of a package, i.e. the functions of product protection and appeal to the customer, this pac¬ kage is utilizable for cutting - out of pictures which would create construction parts for making up of planar or space objects. This means that the package would not become a waste, but it would have ability to be an aid for the support of development of skill and imagination and thus it would become interesting for consumer and it could act positively to the product marketability.
Brief Description of Drawing's
The technical solution which is the subject of pro¬ tection is schematically illustrated in the drawing, whe¬ re in the figure 1 there is an axono etric view of the package and in the figure 2 there is drawn the unrolled shape of the package, where is obvious the distinct structure of pictures and the contours which serve as pattern for cutting out of parts of the package which become then parts for making up of objects, what can be considered as the second level of importance.
Best Mode for Carryin-qr Out the Invention
The folding package according to the technical de¬ sign is the paper box characterized with the fact, that either its external surface or internal surface, i.e. the
surface which becomes to the contact with product, or both surfaces of the package contain the set of pictures __.. Their structure aims at both the realization of an original designer's intention defined prior to the pro¬ posal of package and an effective utilization of area by the pictures JL, as parts 2_ of the package covered by the pictures J are, following the completion of the primary function of the package, the source for obtaining parts for making up non-stuck two- or three-dimensional ob¬ jects, for instance imitations of castles, characters from fairy-tales, animals, automobiles, etc. Objects can have the same motive, they can be static or contain mo¬ vable elements. Special realization of the design can be implemented in such a way, that the pictures will be placed only in the internal areas of the package, at which external surface will contain a notice of this arrangement. The pictures will contain also demonstrated connecting nodes, as well as indicated places for ben¬ ding.
The proper realization of making-up of the object is implemented in such a way, that the pictures are in the contour 3. cut out. For facilitation of this acti¬ vity it is advantageous to decrease the thickness of package in the contour, or to perforate them there. The cut out pictures are then parts by means of which it is possible to make up the object with the use of drawing of finished object or the procedure of making-up, which is demonstrated in one of areas of the package. The drawing can be also demonstrated in an independent enclosure placed in the package.
The picture in this technical design is understood as a planar artistic representation irrespective of its size and thus it includes the concept of the illustra¬ tion.
Industrial Applicability
The folding package, which is subject of protection, has wide application. Especially advantageous is the u- tilization for packing of products determined for chil¬ dren. In question is for instance the packing of tooth¬ pastes, soaps and further druggist's products, for packing of the food industry products, advantageously candies, bonbons, and the like.
