Abstract
L'invention concerne un exerciseur doté d'un dispositif en forme de ceinture (1) destiné à être attaché aux hanches ou à la taille de la personne. Cette ceinture est reliée à un dispositif de liaison (2) de longueur réglable, dont l'autre extrémité est fixée à un cadre (3). Cela empêche la personne de déplier l'articulation du genou et donc d'étendre les jambes pendant l'exercice. La personne peut ainsi utiliser ses jambes pour exécuter un mouvement de marche sur un dispositif de pédalier (4), lequel est également fixé au cadre. Des supports (5), auxquels la personne peut se suspendre par les bras ou bien sur lesquels elle peut prendre appui, sont prévus pour réduire le poids exercé sur les jambes. La hauteur des supports (5) sur les montants verticaux (3a, 3b) se règle au moyen de guides (6). L'équipement se distingue principalement par la simplicité de sa conception et offre l'avantage de pouvoir être utilisé pour faire travailler l'ensemble du corps.
