  • the invention also relates to a specific use of a belt-like device which can be attached in the hip or waist region of a human person and has a training device for training the body of the person.
  • Strength training serves as a means of increasing physical performance or fitness. This essentially consists of several components such as muscle strength, endurance, speed of movement, agility, stamina, sense of balance, body feeling, etc., distributed throughout the body. According to the current knowledge of sports medicine, maximum performance results when these components are in a natural balance with each other. However, these different components are usually trained separately with appropriate equipment, which often leads to inharmonic training results. There is therefore a need for training devices that can train several of the above-mentioned components at the same time and thus ensure harmonious physical strain.
