Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de retenue par friction pour porte ou fenêtre qui comporte une base (10) servant à monter la porte ou la fenêtre dans un cadre et un bras (13) permettant de raccorder le vantail, ledit bras étant pourvu d'un organe de liaison assurant la maîtrise du mouvement du bras (13) par rapport à la base pour que celui-ci se déplace dans un plan généralement parallèle à la base entre une position dans laquelle le bras (13) recouvre la base et une position dans laquelle le bras (13) se trouve d'un côté de la base (10) et forme un angle avec elle. En cas de tentative d'ouverture forcée du vantail par rapport au cadre, le bras (13) étant alors écarté en force de la base, la résistance offerte par l'ensemble de maintien augmente si l'on a disposé un rivet creux (23) à travers une courte articulation (16) reliant une glissière située sur l'élément de base (10) et un point proche d'une extrémité pointue (24) du bras (13) conçue pour venir se loger dans un embout de blocage (26, 50), une fixation telle qu'une vis traversant le rivet creux (23) et pénétrant dans le vantail.
