Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de renfoncements (3) en contre-dépouille dans les rebords latéraux (2) d'une tuile. Ces renfoncements (3) sont ouverts vers l'intérieur et ils servent à recevoir des organes de fixation d'une plaque de capteur solaire. Pour obtenir une exécution et une disposition améliorées et, dans une large mesure aux cotes des renfoncements dans les rebords latéraux (2), ces renfoncements sont fraisés dans la tuile verte (1) séchée ou dans la tuile déjà sèche. Un dispositif convenant à cet usage possède au moins deux têtes de fraisage (10), fixées à un cadre mobile (8), que l'on peut faire entrer ou sortir latéralement, au moyen d'organes d'entraînement (13), du rebord latéral (2) correspondant de la tuile verte séchée (1) ou de la tuile cuite. Pour aligner la tuile verte (1) ou la tuile par rapport au cadre (8), il y a des organes de positionnement constitués par deux coulisses (14) pouvant être pressées contre les extrémités de la tuile verte (1) ou de la tuile et par des paires de galets (17) disposées perpendiculairement aux coulisses et pouvant être pressées contre les rebords latéraux de la tuile verte (1) ou de la tuile.
