Abstract

Le procédé proposé de retraitement de produits pétroliers liquides consiste à réduire lesdits produits en gouttelettes par atomisation hydraulique continue puis fractionnement thermique, la grosseur moyenne des gouttelettes (11) n'excédant pas 0,30 mm et l'intervalle entre l'atomisation et le fractionnement n'exédant pas 5 minutes. Le dispositif de retraitement de produits pétroliers liquides comprend les éléments suivants reliés par des tubes (7): une cuve (1) destinée aux produits pétroliers liquides initiaux (2); un collecteur (3) doté d'une unité de chauffage; une pompe (4) et une tête de pulvérisation (5) présentant une buse de pulvérisation plane ou à déflecteur. Pour atomiser les produits pétroliers (2) à l'aide d'efforts de cisaillement, on utilise une buse de pulvérisation plane présentant une voie cylindrique (16) dotée d'un profil hémisphérique (17) dans la partie supérieure de décharge, dans laquelle est découpé un profil de coin isocèle; le bord supérieur (18) du coin fait face au flux de produits pétroliers liquides (2) et forme un angle droit à son intersection avec l'axe (19) de la voie (16). Pour procéder à l'atomisation utilisant des contraintes de compression, on utilise une buse à déflecteur contenant une voie (12) ainsi qu'un bloc incliné (13); l'axe de symétrie (15) de la voie (12) et la perpendiculaire (14) à la surface du bloc (13) où cette dernière est en intersection avec l'axe (15) forment un angle aigu α.
