Abstract

Le circuit à couplage photonique de la présente invention comporte un photoémetteur semi-conducteur (TDA) à rendement quantique élevé couplé en rendement quantique élevé à un photodétecteur semi-conducteur (OLD). Une intensité de polarisation est appliquée au photoémetteur (TDA) ainsi qu'au photodétecteur (OLD). La lumière débitée par le photoémetteur (TDA) est modulée par l'intensité qui le parcourt, et l'intensité (io) du photodétecteur (OLD) est modulée par la lumière reçue du photoémetteur (TDA). Le rendement quantique de transfert ou gain d'intensité est supérieur à 0,5, et une partie de l'intensité traversant le photodétecteur (OLD) est injectée en rétroaction pour renforcer ou contrecarrer l'intensité traversant le photoémetteur (TDA).
