Abstract

Appareil de fabrication de harnais de câbles comportant une section d'alimentation en bobine de câble (1), une section d'entrée de câble, des première et deuxième section de serrage (3, 4), une section de mesure de câble (5), une section de coupe du câble (6), des sections amont et aval de fixation de connecteur (7, 8), une section (9) de déchargement du harnais de câble, ainsi que des éléments de commande à cames servant à propulser les première et deuxième section de serrage après le sectionnement des câbles électriques, ce qui sépare les câbles sectionnés du reste des câbles s'étendant depuis la bobine d'alimentation. Les éléments de commande à cames servent également à actionner le sectionnement du câble, ainsi que la compression amont et aval, dans leurs sections respectives, afin de sertir des connecteurs sur les câbles sectionnés et sur le reste de leurs longueurs, ainsi que le déchargement du harnais de câble vers une zone de montage. Ces éléments de commande à cames permettent de limiter sensiblement le temps nécessaire à la fabrication de ces harnais.
