Abstract

L'invention concerne une membrane de recouvrement (18) réalisée dans un matériau membranaire compatible avec l'organisme, éventuellement résorbable au moins en partie, servant à recouvrir provisoirement une cavité de tissu osseux endogène, remplie d'un matériau ostéogénique osseuse, notamment de l'apatite d'hydroxyle sous forme de granulés. Cette membrane de recouvrement (18) se caractérise en ce que son côté qui fait face au tissu mou et/ou au tissu osseux comporte une dispositif favorisant la rétention (36, 38, 42, 44, 46), servant à améliorer la rétention du tissu mou ou de la structure collagène au niveau de la membrane de recouvrement (18).
