Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé de préparation de fibre de lin destinée au filage ainsi qu'à une chaîne de production de mise en ÷uvre dudit procédé. L'invention concerne l'apprêtage textile et peut être utilisée dans la préparation de fibre de lin destinée à un traitement avec d'autres fibres sur des machines de filature de coton. Le résultat technique de l'invention se traduit par une amélioration de la qualité du produit obtenu et une économie de matière première. La caractéristique fondamentale de l'invention réside dans le classement par longueur de la fibre de lin par filage de celle-ci, tout en procédant à son amincissement et à son raccourcissement, jusqu'à ce qu'elle présente une densité linéaire et une longueur correspondant à celle de la fibre de coton. Le procédé de l'invention est mis en ÷uvre dans une chaîne de production comprenant un certain nombre d'unités successives reliées de manière cinématique, c'est-à-dire des moyens d'alimentation en fibres, des moyens de détermination de longueur, des machines destinées à démêler et à nettoyer la fibre ainsi qu'une presse destinée à son extrusion.
