Abstract

The invention relates to an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer (4) arranged on a carrier layer (1). The carrier layer (1) is provided with a light-coloured layer (2 and 3 respectively), preferably a white layer, and a dark-coloured layer, preferably a black layer. The light-coloured and dark-coloured layers completely overlap one another and extend over the entire carrier layer. The adhesive tape preferably has an adhesive force of 500 g per 25 mm tape width, measured on stainless steel. The dark-coloured layer (2) is preferably arranged between the light-coloured layer (3) and the adhesive layer (4).
