Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Fremdkörpern aus dem Auge zu schaffen, die sich besonders einfach und bequem handhaben läßt und eine problemlose Entfernung eines Fremdkörpers, insbesondere unter dem Oberlid, ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Fremdkörpern aus dem Auge gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie als stabförmiges Teil mit einem Griffabschnitt und einem mit einer Haftsubstanz für die Haut versehenen Abschnitt ausgebildet ist.The invention has for its object to provide a device for removing foreign bodies from the eye, which is particularly easy and convenient to use and allows easy removal of a foreign body, especially under the upper eyelid. Die Erfindung sieht ein einfach und problemlos zu handhabendes Instrument vor, das sowohl vom Arzt als auch vom Patienten selbst gehandhabt werden kann. Befindet sich ein Fremdkörper im Auge, beispielsweise unter dem Oberlid, so wird das stabförmige Teil parallel zur Lidkante mit dem mit der Haftsubstanz für die Haut versehenen Abschnitt auf das Oberlid, möglichst in der Nähe der Wimpernreihe, gelegt und leicht gegen das Oberlid gepreßt. Die Haftsubstanz bewirkt dabei eine lösbare Haftverbindung zwischen stabförmigem Teil und der Haut des Oberlides, so daß nunmehr durch Drehen des stabförmigen Teiles nach Art eines WickelVorganges das Lid umgewendet, aufgeklappt bzw. ektropioniert werden kann. Die Unterseite des Lides wird dadurch freigelegt, so daß der an der Unterseite haftende Fremdkörper auf einfache Weise manuell, mit Hilfe eines Tuches, einer Pinzette etc. entfernt werden kann. Nach Entfernen des Fremdkörpers wird durch Rückwärtsdrehen des stabförmigen Teiles das Lid in seine Ausgangslage zurückgeklappt. Durch kurzes ruckartiges Ziehen des stabförmigen Teiles wird die Haftsubstanz abschließend von der Haut des Augenlides gelöst, womit der Vorgang beendet ist.The invention provides a simple and easy-to-use instrument that can be handled both by the doctor and by the patient himself. Andererseits muß sie jedoch ein einfaches Lösen des stabförmigen Teiles von der Haut des Augenlides durch manuelle Handhabung des stabförmigen Teiles ermöglichen, ohne daß hierbei Schmerzen für den Patienten entstehen. Es versteht sich, daß der Fachmann hierfür geeignete bekannte Haftsubstanzen bzw. Um diese Funktionsfähigkeit zu gewähren, weist der mit der Haftsubstanz versehene Abschnitt des stabförmigen Teiles vorzugsweise eine lösbare, insbesondere abziehbare, Schutzschicht auf. Diese Schutzschicht verhindert, daß die Haftsubstanz ihre Klebefähigkeit verliert, und sorgt darüber hinaus dafür, daß der mit der Haftsubstanz versehene Abschnitt nicht verunreinigt bzw. beschädigt wird. Die Vorrichtung kann daher problemlos aufbewahrt werden. A section of a conventional wound closure plaster is used as the adhesive substance for the skin, the back of which is made of textile material and is glued to the top 4 of the spatula-shaped part 1, while the adhesive side of the wound closure plaster points upwards.

Figur 2 zeigt den Gebrauch der Vorrichtung der Figur 1. Das spateiförmige Teil 1 wird am Griffabschnitt 2 manuell ergriffen und gemäß der in Figur 2 gezeigten Darstellung mit dem die Haftsubstanz für die Haut aufweisenden Abschnitt 3 gegen das Oberlid 6 des Auges 7 gelegt, aus dem ein Fremdkörper entfernt werden soll. Dabei wird der Abschnitt 3 möglichst nahe an der Wimpernreihe des Oberlides, d. h. am Lidrand, angeordnet. Durch kurzes Pressen des Abschnittes 3 gegen die Haut des Oberlides wird zwischen der Haftsubstanz des Abschnittes 3 und dem Oberlid eine Klebeverbindung hergestellt. Das spateiförmige Teil wird dann durch manuelle Handhabung in Richtung des Pfeiles der Figur 2 gedreht, wobei das am Abschnitt 3 haftende Oberlid umgewendet bzw. aufgeklappt wird. Die Innenseite des Oberlides ist nunmehr zugänglich, so daß der daran haftende Fremdkörper entfernt werden kann, beispielsweise mit Hilfe eines Tuches. Danach wird das spateiförmige Teil 1 in seine in Figur 2 gezeigte Ausgangslage zurückgedreht. Schließlich wird das Teil 1 vom Oberlid 6 durch kurzes ruckartiges Ziehen entfernt.FIG. 2 shows the use of the device in FIG. 1.
